Our 28-session training series guides new agents through every aspect of real estate—from business basics and company policies to complex contract negotiations and advanced marketing strategies.

  • Business Foundations: Build your Sphere of Influence, set goals, manage time effectively, and create a personalized business plan.
     
  • Contract & Transaction Mastery: Understand offers, counteroffers, addendums, inspections, and buyer/seller communications through hands-on training and sample forms.
     
  • Tech & Tools Training: Master platforms like Matrix, DocuSign, ZipLogix, Business Builder, and more—plus learn how to leverage your C21 toolkit for CMA creation and client engagement.
     
  • Listings & Marketing: From measuring homes and creating listing packets to delivering effective presentations and using social media professionally, you’ll be fully prepared to list and market properties.
     
  • Client Service & Sales Strategy: Learn to conduct buyer interviews, explain financing options, handle objections, and navigate negotiations with confidence.

The productivity tracker is used to stay on track to secure listing contracts and offers to purchase.

C21.Mentor is a 16 week follow up program to the Xcellerate program where agents attend one on one weekly sessions with our trainer. During each session, the trainer helps agents implement, refine and incrementally improve the skills, habits, and tools they started to develop during Xcellerate. Each session is customized and adjusted according to the agent’s individual needs.
